Northwind Forest Apartments at 5220 Hedgewood Drive, Midland, Michigan.

The apartment was great when I moved in. Then I noticed that it may have been flooded when I began to smell the carpet. It smelled like a dog had lived in my unit previously and the carpet was not changed. They did later replace my carpet. A few months down the line I am having mold issues and the apartment is not doing anything to help. I live in a "garden" level apartment which is the basement. It is always freezing cold and my furniture always feels moist. The mold is growing on all of the clothes and shoes in my closet. This is a very uncomfortable place to live and I plan to move as soon as possible. I have a 9 month old baby who could potentially develop respiratory issues and they will not even relocate me. It is 100% unacceptable!!!!!!!!
